Terri Borras brings four decades of leadership at the intersection of intelligence, cyber, and innovation to her role as Executive Advisor for Product, Strategy & Innovation at UnCognito. A trusted strategist and transformational leader, she helps organizations navigate the convergence of technology and human judgment, ensuring resilience in an era of synthetic media and cognitive influence operations.

Her career spans global operations, enterprise transformation, and high-stakes decision-making. Currently serving as a Brigadier General in the U.S. Army Reserve, Borras began her service as an enlisted intelligence Soldier, deploying to combat during Operation Just Cause and serving in elite airborne and special operations units. Commissioned through Georgetown University’s ROTC program and graduating from The George Washington University, she went on to command at every echelon, culminating as the Commanding General of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command and later as the Deputy Commanding General for the U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa. Her culminating staff role was as Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2 (Intelligence) on the Army Staff, where she shaped enterprise-wide intelligence modernization and operational readiness for the entire force.

In parallel, she has been a pioneer in information operations, narrative and cognitive warfare, and the integration of emerging technologies into mission-critical environments. He is a hands-on leader with a proven track record in driving profitability, optimizing operations, and building high-performing teams.

Most recently, John served as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Treasury at IPSY, a leading beauty subscription business using machine learning to offer personalization for its members. In this role, John led financial planning and analysis, strategic initiatives, capital budgeting, treasury, debt compliance, and risk management. Prior to this, John served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at IPSY, overseeing a global accounting team of 25+ team members, business transformation initiatives, tax compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls. Prior to IPSY, John held various leadership roles across sectors – from subscription and e-commerce to data center co-location, internet services, and infrastructure engineering.

John brings deep expertise in finance, operations, investor relations, corporate governance, and risk management. With experience in IPO readiness, debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions, he is a strategic leader and partner to boards. A registered Certified Public Accountant in New York State, John earned his B.B.A. from The George Washington University with a double major in Finance and Accounting.

Ben commanded 50,000 troops across Europe from 2014-2017 and was the first commander of NATO's Allied Land Command in Turkey. He's focused on the technology threats that matter most - and he’s helping our mission.

He's seen firsthand how adversaries exploit technological gaps to gain strategic advantages, and this experience is exactly what we need.

When Ben was running NATO's land forces, he dealt with interoperability nightmares across 28 countries with different systems, different standards, and different threat perceptions.

Courtney Curtsinger is a seasoned investment professional, strategy advisor, and leadership consultant based in Miami, Florida after many years in New York. She is currently advising family offices over $1B AUM, where she provides strategic counsel on brand integrity and leadership protection and assists on their curation of investment opportunities and business development of their operating and portfolio companies. She formerly served as Vice President at a global conglomerate family office that focused on innovation-driven investments across public and private markets, with a particular emphasis on technology. Courtney is highly regarded for her extensive and influential network within the global family office ecosystem, including trusted relationships with over 1,100 family offices internationally. She also maintains active relationships with royal families in Europe and the Middle East, positioning her as a key connector in ultra-high-net-worth circles. Courtney received her Bachelors from Southern Methodist University and her MBA from Cornell Johnson School of Business.

Robin has over 30 years of technology sales experience, ranging from, Mini computers, (DEC), Unix systems, (Sun, Panasonic and Hyundai), HPC, software tools and several networking technologies. ability to sell new technologies, which is done by being able to quickly understand and then explain often complex technologies to both engineers and C-Level executives.

He was responsible for selling the 1st NetApp filers in EMEA, (GSK and Texaco), before developing and marketing a competitive product, MIMServer. Customers included: AstraZeneca, GCHQ, UK Met Office, GE Plastics and VW Group.

Mr Harker was instrumental in the development low cost High Performance Computing in the UK. 1997 saw the first x86 based Linux Cluster and the first redundant blade server was designed in 1999, for which UK and USA patents were awarded). A parallel version of BLAST, MPI-BLAST was developed, which was used by many of the world’s DNA sequence analysis laboratories.

Experience selling, HPC compute platforms as well as Parallel file systems, has taken him into many areas of HPC, including Financial Services, Oil&Gas, Automotive, defence/aerospace, BioTec & Pharma, EDA as well as government and academia. He also has strong connections with Tier 1 vendors such as, IBM, Dell, Intel and Fujitsu.

Most recently, with Dolphin Interconnect he successfully sold PCIe networking technologies into both automotive, aerospace and financial services sectors.

He has been involved in multiple high-tech start-ups, from the US, Canada, Israel and the continent, held several patents on resilient computing platforms and invented the blade server. (US Patent 6823475)

Of the new emerging technologies, he is particularly interested the further development of Quantum systems and which seeing which applications will be the main beneficiaries.

Dominika previously served as the Permanent Representative of the Slovak Parliament to the EU institutions in Brussels, where she played a critical role in enhancing inter-parliamentary collaboration, monitoring EU legislative compliance, and facilitating relationships between national parliaments and EU bodies.

Dominika also held the position of Chief Adviser for Media and Public Communication at Slovakia's National Council, where she was responsible for managing high-level communications and public relations.
